Open TikTok in Chrome, go to your own profile (the page with the Edit profile button), then click the FollowerSpotter icon in your toolbar. If you don't see the icon, click the puzzle piece and pin it.
1. Install
Add FollowerSpotter Mass Unfollow for TikTok to Chrome from the Chrome Web Store. It's a separate extension from FollowerSpotter for Instagram, so you can install either one or both.
2. Start a batch
- Open tiktok.com in Chrome and sign in the way you normally do. You never enter your TikTok password into the extension.
- Go to your own profile and click the FollowerSpotter icon.
- Choose how many to unfollow, pick a speed, and optionally list usernames to never unfollow.
- Press Unfollow and confirm. Keep the tab open. You can pause or stop at any time.
Why it works in rounds
TikTok's website only shows about 30 accounts of your Following list at a time, and only refreshes that list when the page reloads. So FollowerSpotter unfollows the accounts shown, reloads the page, and picks up where it left off, until your batch is done. You'll see the page reload every 30 or so; that's normal.
Safety
- It clicks TikTok's own Unfollow buttons, one at a time, at the speed you choose (about 3 s, 1.5 s or 0.8 s apart), with short breaks along the way.
- It stops immediately, without retrying, if TikTok shows a captcha, a warning or an unexpected pop-up, and pauses for a while to protect your account.
- It never clicks the same account twice, and it only counts unfollows that TikTok confirmed.
- Accounts on your keep list are never touched.
If you change your mind you'd need to follow those accounts again yourself. TikTok sets its own limits on how many actions an account can take; start with a small batch to see how your account responds.

Using your Pro
In the TikTok extension, click I have Pro, enter the email you used at checkout, and type the 6-digit code we email you. There is no password. Each extension you sign in to counts as one signed-in device.
Good to know
- Your TikTok lists are not sent to FollowerSpotter. Everything happens in your browser; only the Pro sign-in talks to our server. See the Privacy Policy.
- This extension doesn't check who doesn't follow you back. TikTok's website only shows 30 followers, so a full comparison isn't possible there.
- TikTok can change its website at any time, which can break the extension until we update it. If something goes wrong, use Copy diagnostics at the bottom of the panel and email it to support@followerspotter.com.
